This was a very basic course on human Biology. The course is quick, but easy to keep up with. It was really interesting to learn about genetics, the different systems within the body, and evolution. I was able to learn a lot about myself in this class, and how to take care of myself. Learning about diseases and disabilities were very interesting. The human body and the cells within it can seem very overwhelming; but I can see how everything functions and how it works together like a puzzle.
I was able to write a short two page research page on Epilepsy. I went to Epilepsy Association of Utah to get the information for my paper. I was interested in this Disease because my neighbors have a daughter with epilepsy. I thought that it would be a good idea to learn about this disease just in case they need me to watch her sometime. I learned a lot of things from this research paper. I really hope you take the time to look at it and maybe even learn something about it too.
